1. Who we are

2. What data we process
Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may process the following categories of data:
- Data you submit voluntarily through forms — name, e-mail address, company, the content of your message and, in the case of job applications, the information contained in your CV or portfolio.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected through server logs and, only with your consent, through statistics cookies (see the Cookies Policy).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data and the Site is not directed at minors.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and collaboration proposals — basis: steps prior to entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in communicating with partners (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Processing job applications — basis: steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating and securing the Site — basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Traffic statistics (optional) — basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations — basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: business correspondence — for the duration of the discussions and thereafter for the period required by law or by our legitimate interest in evidencing the communication; job applications — as a rule for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or consent to a longer period; technical logs — for short periods, in line with our hosting provider's practices.
5. Who we share data with
Data may be accessed, strictly to the extent necessary, by: our web hosting and e-mail provider, IT service providers, professional advisers (legal, accounting) and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
If a transfer outside the European Economic Area is necessary, it is carried out only with appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing) and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

7. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to correspondence.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, together with the date of the last update, is permanently published on this page.
